Mr. Singh is an Advocate by profession and All India 8th Rank Holder of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Sanjay Kumar Singh is a fellow member of the ICSI having extensive experience of more than 22 years in corporate law, corporate compliance management, corporate financing, restructuring and insolvency. He worked as General Counsel and Company Secretary in repute Indian MNC and has been on the board of the various companies as professional director including a Chinese multi-national advising the companies on corporate governance, formulation of corporate policies, strategies and objectives. He qualified LL.B. from Patna Law College, Patna University and is an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, Jharkhand High Court Bar Association, NCLT & NCLAT Bar Association, Delhi. Apart from hard core civil and criminal litigations including insolvency and bankruptcy matters; he has been instrumental in Initial Public Offers, fund raising, ADR/GDRs, equity funding, private placements, working capital finance raising, loan funding. He has hand on experience in private equity placement, foreign direct investments, setting of overseas entities as subsidiaries and joint ventures, investments out of India, approvals under FEMA. He is well versed legal professional having extensive experience in litigation, advisory, contract management, corporate compliances, corporate insolvency resolution process, corporate liquidation process.
