Mr. Lalit Babbar is a seasoned Human Resources and Labour Law professional with over 22 years of rich and diversified experience across Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, and Global Capability Center (GCC) environments.

He specializes in HR Strategy, HR Transformation, Workforce Governance, Policy Harmonization, HR Digitization, Labour Law Compliance, Total Rewards, Industrial Relations, HR Audits & Governance, and New Labour Codes implementation. With a strong blend of strategic leadership and operational excellence, he has successfully partnered with CXOs and business leaders to build scalable HR frameworks, strengthen governance systems, optimize workforce productivity and governance efficiency, and drive organizational transformation.

At Naks & Associates, he focuses on delivering practical, business-oriented HR governance and labour compliance solutions that help organizations mitigate risk, ensure statutory compliance, improve employee governance, and create sustainable people practices.

Mr. Babbar is an active member of the WorldatWork Organization. Founded in 1955, WorldatWork is a leading global nonprofit professional association serving HR professionals and business leaders worldwide.

He also serves as the General Secretary for Haryana State at Pink & Blue, where he actively contributes to matters related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH).

In addition, he is the President of Nai Chetna Foundation, working towards skill development, education, and social awareness initiatives for underprivileged communities.
