Awanish Srivastava

Mr. Awanish Srivastava has extensive experience of 21 years in Business and Commercial Litigation including Corporate litigation and Property Advisory. He is a lawyer by profession, Member of ICSI, Master in Law, Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.-Finance)  He is a vivid expert in Dispute Resolution, Contract Management, IPR Management and Corporate Consultancy.

Mr. Srivastava is qualified from Delhi University and he is an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi, Supreme Court, Delhi High Court Bar Association and ICSI. He is currently elected Member of Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is General Secretary of a NGO “Pink & Blue-Symbiotic Living” working under area of POSH Awareness and the NGO has successfully brought a change in life of more than 2 Lacs People.

Mr. Awanish Srivastava had established NAKS & Associates (earlier Naks & Partners) with a unique vision. Under his leadership, for the first time in India, NAKS has been operating as a Corporate Law Firm in Retail Concept. In India there are more than 750 Districts and currently NAKS is handling litigation matters in more than 700 Districts in India and further expanding its operations in other Districts as well. An avid networker he has excellent rapport with regulators. He leverages his superb organizational ability for all delivery mandates at NAKs.

Since inception of NAKS, Mr. Srivastava has been playing a crucial role in defining new standards of legal services in India. He firmly believes that education and qualitative research plays a key role in providing high standard services. In furtherance of this belief he continuously engages himself in various national & international training programs, seminars and professional courses.

He firmly believes in social responsibility and is a President of Non-Governmental Organization (N.G.O.) engaged in the field of social and educational upliftment of youth of the Nation. He is a regular speaker at various training sessions, workshops, and seminars at ICSI, various Law Colleges, Management Colleges, Bar Associations, Industrial Workshops and Government Organisations.

Mr. Srivastava has served as an independent Director on the Board of some of the renowned brands in India and he is accredited for his excellent strategic advice and problem-solving attitude while serving as a member of the Board.
