A lawyer by profession and a Fellow Member of ICSI, Master in law, Ms. Goyal has vast experience of more than 15 years in Corporate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Governance, Restructuring, Compliance, Finance, marketing & branding.

Ms. Goyal started her career as a Corporate Governance Officer of one of the most reputed real estate companies, where she was responsible for compliance management, corporate finance, restructuring, contract management and intellectual property rights of entire group.

She is accredited for her excellent communication skills which encompasses Public Speaking and liaisoning with top management of big corporate houses, government and semi-government authorities. She is a regular speaker on various capacity building, self-awareness and Legal topics at various Multi-National Companies, Professional Institutes, Law Colleges and other Institutions.

At Ms. Goyal is responsible for Corporate Litigation, white collar crimes, contract management, compliance management, corporate finance, civil litigation and Property disputes. She has been serving as independent Director on the Board of some of the renowned brands in India like Optiemus Infracom Ltd., Optiemus Electronics Ltd., A2Z Infra Engineering Limited. She had also served as Board Member of Hero Cycles Ltd. She has been member of various committees across big corporate houses including internal complaint committee formed under Prevention of Sexual Harassment laws for women.

She has trained more than 1 Lac people and made them aware about POSH. She is an avid supporter of Women Hygiene, breaking the Social Taboos that hinders the growth of society.
