Mr. Nitin Goyal is a distinguished legal professional with a strong academic foundation and over 13 years of hands-on experience in the specialized domains of corporate law, Company Secretarial Services, Shareholders Disputes and Contract Management. He is a law graduate from the prestigious Delhi University, where he honed his foundational legal knowledge, and subsequently pursued post-graduation with focus on Corporate Law, establishing himself as an expert in the field. Mr. Goyal is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), underscoring his commitment to excellence and adherence to the highest professional standards.

With more than a decade of professional experience, Mr. Goyal has successfully navigated the complex landscape of PAN India litigation, corporate law, corporate secretarial services and

Litigation Management and Compliance Audits and Risk Mitigation. His career journey is characterized by a series of significant contributions to both public and private sector entities. Some key highlights of his extensive experience include extensive PAN India Litigation Management for over Hundreds of Clients and providing risk mitigation strategies to minimize the Cost or compensation.

Apart from Litigation, Nitin has conducted comprehensive compliance audits for organizations, identifying potential risks and devising strategies to mitigate them, thereby safeguarding the interests of his clients. Being an avid player with words, he has been instrumental in closing various high-stake deals for the Clients and advised them in increasing their Values through various mode of Restructuring.
